Which columns should the CSV have?

Name — required
Initials or ID — 2-letter code (we make one from the surname if you skip it)
FTE — either decimal (0.8) or percent (80)
Track — either inpatient_and_clinic or clinic_only
Block Pref —7, 14, or flexible
Email and Phone — for magic-link forms and urgent SMS

Column names are flexible — we try common spellings. Anything we cannot match shows up below the preview so you can confirm.
